How does it work?

Call or email me to arrange for your free consultation so we can get to know each other and determine if we're a good fit. Before we speak, you'll fill out an assessment tool which will help me understand your biggest challenges, your personal history and current goals. Then, together, we'll decide on which strategy is right for you at this time and schedule our appointments. To accomodate your personal goals and needs, there are value packages available.

Each time we meet, I'll begin with asking you questions about your challenges and progress since we last met. I'll also make suggestions and recommendations. Then, I'll demonstrate techniques, give you the opportunity to practice, and send you home with assignments for honing your skills. The techniques we'll draw upon for your personal strategy come from a variety of wellness practices such as breathwork, visualization, affirmations, self-care, meditation, nutrition, healthy lifestyle habits, mindfulness, time management, seasonal living, qigong, yoga, reiki and more.

For most clients, I recommend practicing relaxation and wellness techniques during a guided Reiki treatment. I use this technique because it is a simple, yet extremely effective way to train the mind and body to relax. During the treatment, you relax fully clothed on a massage table listening to soothing music as I guide you through the techniques.
